The KIPCE shell-scheme technical exhibition is a great business platform for local, regional and international organisations to showcase their latest technologies, services and products to regional and international oil and gas professionals.

The floor plan has been designed to ensure maximum traffic to the exhibition area. KIPCE exhibition offers the following:

• A higher traffic and networking opportunities promoted by hosting all events under one roof (the exhibition, the conference, the registration and all social functions).
• Free listing in the on-site conference programme and exhibit guide. The programme will be distributed to all conference attendees and business visitors.
• Fifty (50) complimentary invitations to attend the exhibition for each Exhibitor’s customers, suppliers, and contacts.

How Can Your Organisation Exhibit at KIPCE?

To ensure your participation at the event, and to secure your ideal location, please contact Sween Rajan at srajan@spe.org. Space is allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Once your company has decided to participate, simply follow these three simple steps:

1. Select two preferred booth locations from the exhibit floor plan. Please note that the standard booth size (shell scheme) is 9 sq metres (c.100 sq ft) and the price per stand is USD 3,550 including:
   • Stand
   • Lights
   • Carpets

Approximately one month before the exhibition, you will receive an exhibitor information pack. You will also receive shipping, travel and hotel information.
